Our office staff are here Tuesday - Friday, 11am – 4pm. If you are wanting to talk to someone about a Membership, a function or book a function, please call within these hours, or leave a message with your contact details and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, send us an enquiry via our Contact Page.

If the weather is too bad to play on the day, we can reschedule your booking to another date, issue a credit or refund you, minus an admin fee if you are a non-Member. Please note these options are only valid on the actual day and time of your proposed function. We do not accept cancellations due to forecast or predicted weather patterns.

Yes. We have 115 undercover parking spots available for Members and visitors.

Smoking is only allowed in the following designated areas.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere outside of designated areas.
Anyone found to be not abiding by these rules may be asked to leave the venue and be subject to fines from authorities.

Yes. You are allowed to supply your own catering. You must supply your own crockery and pay a $10 per cover.

There is a snack machine within the club.

Yes a bar tab can be set upon arrival at the main bar with a valid credit card and matching ID. Please note we do not set up tabs for individuals and tabs are only available to available for approved groups, corporate functions, or events.

No. Orange City Bowling Club is a fully licensed venue. Under no circumstances are beverages, including non –alcoholic beverages, allowed to be brought into the premises. We have a good range of beer, wine, spirits, and soft drinks at reasonable prices to suit everyone’s needs. Any liquids brought into the venue will be confiscated by our staff and perpetrators may be asked to leave our venue.

No. Animals are not to be brought onto the premises unless approved as working guide dogs or assistance animals whereby law exemptions are made.

Our facility is very family oriented, and kids can play lawn bowls, too. However, when bowling we do require kids have adult supervision on the green due to high risk of injury and the need to show great respect for our greens and equipment.

Due to the busy nature of our club we do not store personal items. At the discretion of staff some possessions may be kept behind the bar, or in the office but please note we do not take accept any responsibility for lost, misplaced, damaged or stolen items and all items must be collected before the end of office or operating hours.

Our club features 3 fabulous greens by way of 2 lawn, tiff dwarf bowling greens and 1 carpet bowling green surface.

Our venue is fully wheelchair accessible, including on the green.

Yes live music is allowed for private functions but please be advised that noise restrictions do apply.

Please note, enquiries do not equal secured bookings. To secure a booking we require you to fill out our booking form and provide a deposit payment. You can call us on (02) 63 622 533 to make an appointment to meet our friendly events staff to discuss your booking, and/or come along for a site inspection to gain a better understanding of you chosen function space.

Owing to the volume of bookings and enquiries we receive; bookings are only entered into our system once we receive a deposit. We do not accept tentative bookings.

Yes! Mini Golf is now under lights so now you and your friends or family can play Mini Golf at night.

We are not open Christmas Day. We want everyone to have a safe and happy Christmas.
