In June, The OMVC along with the Cantar Community Choir joined in song for a fundraising concert to raise funds for the community of Eugowra for their ongoing flood relief. Over 220 people enjoyed the afternoon of song and we were happy to hand over a cheque for $5000.00 by way of the Givit Organisation.
A big shout out to the Orange City Bowling Club Ltd. for the use of their venue, to the Musical Directors Phil Rees & Gabe Rae, our accompanists Dee Nicholls & Rachael Brooking, everyone who donated goods for our amazing raffles.
This concert was very well received and we are looking to have another one later in the year.- Keep watch!
